1. Product Overview

The Multi-wire Copper Rod Breakdown Machine is a high-end integrated system designed for large-scale, high-efficiency conductor production. Unlike traditional single-wire RBDs, this machine can simultaneously draw multiple copper rods (typically 2, 4, or 8 lines) from an 8mm inlet down to intermediate diameters (1.2mm – 2.8mm). It integrates drawing, online annealing, and automatic take-up into a single, seamless production line.

3. Key Technical Functions

Multi-line Online Annealing: Features a dedicated multi-channel DC continuous annealing system. Each wire receives precision current compensation to ensure uniform softening and a bright, oxidation-free surface finish, even at maximum speeds.

Precision Die Holder Design: The compact die holder layout includes a high-volume oil spray system, ensuring that every die is thoroughly cooled and lubricated for extended service life.

Synchronized Drive Technology: Utilizes high-performance AC variable frequency drives and high-speed industrial bus control (e.g., EtherCAT or Profinet). This ensures perfect synchronization between the host, annealer, and take-up, resulting in an extremely low wire-breakage rate.

Fully Automatic Take-up: Typically equipped with multi-head automatic dual-spoolers, allowing for non-stop spool exchange and continuous high-speed production.
